• If a customer obtains an injury on the property (inside or outside), call emergency services if necessary.

• Complete a General Liability Claims form as soon as possible describing the incident to be submitted to the insurance company if the customer wants to file a claim. Call it in to Selective Claims department (866) 455-9969 or go online at www.selective.com

• If the customer does not want to file a claim, a form should still be filled out while the details are fresh, but you do not need to call the insurance company.

• The customer is not limited to the doctors they can see (as opposed to employee injuries)
