Only regular full time employees are eligible for holiday pay, after they have completed their introductory probation period (90 days unless extended)
An employee must be scheduled to work on the day the holiday takes place to be paid for that holiday, and must be present their scheduled days before and after the paid holiday to receive pay. If an employee takes the day off prior to/following a paid holiday, they forfeit their holiday pay.
